هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيکومترية لمقياس الهناء الذاتي الوظيفي لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، والتعرف على مستوى الهناء الذاتي الوظيفي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. وطُبقت الدراسة على عينة مکونة من (400) معلمٍ ومعلمةً في المرحلة الابتدائية. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى مايلي: 1-يتمتع مقياس الهناء الذاتي بخصائص سيکومترية جيدة من حيث الاتساق الداخلي، والصدق، والثبات. 2-مستوى الهناء الذاتي الوظيفي بشکل عام جاء متوسطًا.
